Sometimes we get caught up in our daily routine and forget to take a few minutes for ourselves.  Our bodies and minds can become tired.  A simple 10 minute walk can make a big difference.  Get up and out before you head to work, on your lunch break, or at the end of your day. Adding a new activity into your routine is sometimes easier with a loved one.
